FBReply.com helps businesses create keyword-based automated replies for Facebook Page comments and Messenger conversations using official Meta APIs. You control the connected Pages, keyword rules, and reply content used by the service.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure, maintaining accurate account information, and ensuring that anyone who accesses your account is authorized to do so. You are also responsible for all activity that occurs through your account.
4. Meta Platform Compliance
You agree to use FBReply.com in compliance with Meta Platform Terms, Facebook Page policies, messaging rules, privacy requirements, and spam-prevention standards. You are responsible for making sure your automated replies are lawful, accurate, respectful, and appropriate for your audience.
You may not use FBReply.com to send misleading, abusive, unlawful, discriminatory, harassing, or unsolicited content.
5. Connected Page Data
When you connect a Facebook Page, FBReply.com stores the information needed to operate your automations, including Page details, encrypted access tokens, keyword rules, reply templates, and activity logs. Our handling of this data is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Availability and Changes
We work to keep FBReply.com reliable, but the service may be interrupted by maintenance, hosting issues, third-party API changes, Meta review requirements, or other events outside our control. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features as needed to maintain security, compliance, and service quality.
7. Billing and Plans
If paid plans are offered, pricing, billing cycles, included limits, and renewal terms will be shown before purchase. You are responsible for any fees associated with the plan you choose.
