2. Data Collection and Usage
When you connect a Facebook Page to FBReply.com, we collect the Page ID, Page name, and a Page Access Token. We use this information solely to subscribe to your Page webhooks (so we can receive comment and message events) and to send automated replies according to your configured keyword rules.
We do not share, sell, or distribute your Page tokens or collected Facebook data to third parties. All Facebook tokens are encrypted using AES-256 before being stored in our database.
3. Data Deletion Instructions
You can remove your Facebook Page and delete all associated data at any time directly from the FBReply dashboard by disconnecting the Page. Disconnecting a Page instantly removes its access token and webhooks subscription from our records.
If you wish to delete your entire account and all associated personal data, please contact us at support@fbreply.com, and we will process your deletion request within 24 hours.
4. Terms of Service
By using FBReply.com, you agree to comply with Meta Platform Policies. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your automated replies comply with Facebook's rules on messaging windows, public spam prevention, and appropriate content.
